This is my final night being 31. Tomorrow, I will wake up a whole year older. I suddenly felt the urge to take a selfie so I can reflect back. I’m all set for bed. No makeup or filter so I can see how I really look and if much has changed. I feel the same. In many ways, the little girl who has always been me is still very much alive within me but physically, I am beginning to see changes. These changes can easily be overlooked as flaws but they are indeed blessings. I certainly have more baby lines in the corners of my eyes and I’ll be thankful for they only appear when I smile or laugh. They are my joy lines. This year was the year I really started to notice grey hairs not just on myself but also on @bubzhubz . I am so grateful for the fact we are truly growing old together. My eyes do seem to look permanently tired these days but my lack of sleep is traded for endless cuddles and kisses. I know I’ve always looked at my sunspots at my nemesis but they do remind me of all the adventures I’ve had in the sun with my friends and loved ones. This year seemed so busy yet also quiet. A lot was spent in my nightie at home. I spent 31 “doing” less but doing more. It took me time to learn that life is not about having but being. Being in the moment. Being present. Being with my family. Being able to make lots of precious memories. It’s been such a spectacular year. What I’m most proud from being 31 is probably being a published author. I wish I could high 5 the younger me and tell her everything will be alright in the end and guess what? Thank goodness you are “weird”. Until today, I still get butterflies when you guys tag me in book reviews. I spent a good 15 minutes trying to think what I’m least proud of but eventually realised its not that I don’t have anything I’m not proud of. It’s just I don’t need to dwell on my failures. After all, my mistakes have taught me the best lessons. I am so grateful for everything good and bad this year. Speaking of grateful, thank you for sticking out the past decade with me. It’s been the most amazing journey because you guys are like family to me. Here’s to another year! I love you guys . #bubzvlogz #byebye31 #hello32

1. How do you get your skin flawless ?
Actually my skin isn't flawless at all ~ I do have clogged pores /acne and dark circles now and then. ( camera got filter so ... i think you'll understand lol ) But I do try my best to take care of my skin because in events there is no way to filter people's eyes . Sometimes I do feel stress how do I look so I look at mirror a lot XD
2. How do I get over my pimples / acnes during my teen years ?
Till now I'm still struggling with my skin but it's way better now compared to many years ago. My skin is fairer so when I get pimple it will leave dark scars even though I didn't touch it lol. Last time I tried a lot of products hoping that it can save my skin but it didn't work. It was so bad that I went to see traditional chinese doctor / western doctor also nothing works for me. As I grew older , it slowly reduces but at one point few years back , my acne / pimple returned again ! It was growing everywhere on my face and I got really sad because not even make up could cover the bumps. So I was desperately finding solutions for it till I came across a blog . The blog says " less is more " , which means stop putting stuff on your face . I used to put lots of stuff after washing >> toner >> moisturizer >> acne medicine >> mask etc. I tried just washing my face and thats it. It's hard to believe that by only washing face is enough but I try to hold on to it and eventually my pimples slowly cleared up.
Till now I only wash my face & put a thin layer of moisturizer everyday. I rarely do mask and never go for facial. Even when a pimple pops up I'll just leave it there lol. But I think I'll need some wrinkle cream soon . #old
3. Do I use BB cream ?
I don't use BB Cream ~~~ I'm more comfortable with foundation. Usually for events , my make up have to last for whole day and I don't touch up ~ my fav foundation brand is Make Up Forever. <3
4. What's my skincare routine ?
Usually after heavy make up for cosplay , I remove my eye make up first with Biore Eye Make Up Remover ( best thing ever btw ) , then using oil make up remover for my face. After that I wash with Laneige Facial Cleanser ! Sometimes I use SK II Essence Treatment when I'm too tired at night or Hada Labo's moisturizer is good too :)
5. Make Up tutorial ?
Actually my make up style is very simple but maybe if I have time or during event I could make a make up workshop for you ladies ? XD
Posting my no make up photo takes a lot of courage for me lol. Just like how I posted my old cosplay photos. I'm just another normal girl ~ I don't have magic but I slowly learn in years and just try my best to do better . <3

How on EARTH is this racist? Nobody is mocking all Malays, or all Malaysians. The subject here is only one nasty person. So I’m also racist against chinese because I did a Sun Ho makeup tutorial? Don’t be childish please. Singapore is half filled with Malays and Malaysians, many of them are my friends and I do not have a problem with either.

Secondly, funny you guys would bring up mothers. Rosmah’s own estranged daughter and son in law wrote long glowing articles about what a stellar person she is. NOT.
